Our premier Lake Placid location offers excellent opportunities to ride some of the best trails in the Adirondacks. With well over 20K of world class, renowned single track trails right out of our front door, we have something for everyone. To hone your skills, sign up for one of our skills lesson workshops. If you want to go on a multi day adventure or even just want to get a kick ass local ride, check out what we have to offer in Tours. We also love to work with camp groups and occasionally have a few “ Fun Not Fear Dirt Camps “ of own.

Rock Climbing

Whether you are new to climbing or an experienced rock jock, the climbing opportunities in the Adirondacks are limitless. There is every kind of climbing possible - roadside, back country, steep slab, crack climbing, overhanging sport, even water approaches.

We are proud to have some of the most seasoned professional guides found within the blue line on our team. They are stoked to share to local knowledge and skills whether it be a first time family outing to a remote back country adventure…

With thousands of lakes, ponds, and rivers to choose from, your Adirondack paddling experience can be unique every time. Our guided trips focus on the waters in and around Lake Placid, but we also can go to The St. Regis Canoe area, the Saranac Lakes, or we can create a custom itinerary for your outing. Let us take you to an island on Middle Saranac Lake for lunch or for a cruise around Lake Placid.

We provide shuttle services, outfitting, and trip planning for all types of water trips. Our guide service can get you out on the water for half day, full day, overnight and multi-day outings. We also offer a two hour introductory course for beginners who want to develop basic skills to feel comfortable out on the open water.
